Harmonic Analysis and Statistics 
for 
Signal and Image Processing

Warning: HASSIP funds are supposed to be used for travels within states from the European Union, or associated states. They can also be used for representing the network in high level international conferences outside EU or associated states, after approval by the scientific officer. Applications have to be sent by the network's coordinator, using a specific form. If you are in such a case, please fill in the form, email it to the coordinator, and it will be transmitted to the commission. The whole procedure takes quite some time, hence the form should be send long enough in advance.
